Namita Dilawri began her legal career as a securities attorney while also tutoring examinees for the California Bar Exam. With a passion for connecting legal talent with the right opportunities, she transitioned into legal recruiting, bringing over 18 years of experience in the field. Before focusing on permanent attorney placements, Namita served as a senior recruiter for a national legal staffing firm, where she honed her expertise in talent acquisition and legal market trends.

Namita earned her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2003 and holds a B.A. in Political Science (Honors) from the University of California, San Diego.
